Seeded Glass Vessels and Good Lighting

The turquoise blue seeded glass vessels mimic the traditional bowl with pitcher of water for washing. Continuing the "Sea" theme, the pulls on the bead-board cabinets are blue glass seahorses. 

The sconces resemble shells.  Most important, the sconces are placed at eye level for the girls, recessed lighting is installed at proper distances in the ceiling,  glossy tiles reflect the light, and the natural light from the adjoining bath window comes in through the transom openings.
